HD Cream Liner is a special color intensive eye liner for fashionable, flawless lining. HD Cream Liner is easy to control and doesn’t drip. Directions
Use a fine brush for graphic liner and apply in 5 stages.
1. Apply the cream straight across the lash line.
2. Join the line from the inner corner.
3. Using the bottom lash line as a guide draw a line up and out.
4. From the tip of this line draw diagonally back down to join the line across the lashes.
5. Fill in the gap between the two lines of the flick. HD Cream Liner can also be blended across the eyelid as a base for Eye Shadow with a soft blending brush.
