How to use

combine the powder with Igora Royal Oil developer at a concentration of 3, 6 or 9% maintaining the ratio of 1: 2. Apply the mixture on dry, unwashed hair. Leave for 20-40 minutes depending on the desired effect. Rinse thoroughly and wash the hair.
