HOW TO USE

Step 1: Place the wand at the base of your upper lashes and wiggle it back and forth coating the base of your lashes. Step 2: Pull the wand upward towards the tip of your lashes and coat every part of your lashes. Step 3: Move slowly to avoid clumping and repeat the same process on the lower lashes.
